i was reading where Jesus tells people not to be anxious about what they’ll wear or eat. as i read i thought: “this is my argument against dressing up for church. don’t worry about what you’ll wear. there ya go, mom. boom. i win.”
and then the Holy Spirit pressed on my heart and said: “I am talking to you. you worry way too much about what you’ll wear. quit. clothe yourself in the righteousness of Christ. boom. I win.”
